Thyssen Multifunction, Neuhausen

Project description

Our services:

  • External facades from the ground floor to the 5th floor with room-high LM element facade (with couplings in a column grid of 1,350 mm with 490 mm wide column pilaster strips in each case). In the vertical facade grid, these are each separated in front of the reinforced concrete ceilings and clad with ceiling crown plates (with integrated external venetian blind shaft). The vertical pilaster strips have a groove for the guide springs of the external venetian blinds.
  • The entrance and foyer facade was designed as a steel-aluminium-glass facade (in the basic construction with steel T-profiling). Additional information: Span of the mullions above the ground floor and the 1st floor.
  • Inner atrium facade was executed with a LM mullion-transom facade with 50 mm face width (4-sided circumferential in the atrium). Details: On one side pre-equipped for the connection of THYSSEN passenger lifts. At the ceiling ends, decoupled and with ceiling crown plates as for the exterior facades
  • On the ground floor there are LM doors integrated into the facades and a revolving door system.
