Engelbert Strauss is Europe's leading brand manufacturer for workwear and occupational safety with its headquarters in Biebergemünd. The Strauss CI Factory in Schlüchtern is a milestone in the history of the family business.

SOMMER manufactured the facade of the futuristic mega-building, which is a true landmark on the A66 with its width of 100 meters, 200 meters length and 50 meters height. The efficient building technology ensures that the energy from the air and sun is optimally used by means of free cooling technology and concrete core activation.

The new construction of the ultra-modern service and logistics centre will create up to 300 new training positions and jobs.
