Between Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg and the Velodrom is the location for the new SCALE building in the heart of Berlin.
On Storkower Straße, there is space for young and aspiring companies on up to eight storeys. To this end, two cubic structures were combined with a striking entrance and connecting building. The Düsseldorf architects K6 have given it an unmistakable look, with "framed" façade elements whose shape is reminiscent of Polaroids. This will make the building an attractive location for companies and start-ups from 2023.
