SOMMER reconciles two contradictory requirements in a new door frame construction

In this building project, SOMMER meets fire protection requirements according to the American UL standard (60-120 minutes) and burglary resistance RC4 according to the European standard (DIN EN 1627) for over 500 security doors, thus combining many variants in a new door construction. The result is a new 3.5-metre-high door and gate construction in a class of its own, with steel and stainless steel panels and an impressive all-glass design. A unique product that opens up new perspectives for architects worldwide.
