This is an office building in the western third of the Westhafen site. The site is bordered by Speicherstraße to the north and the harbour promenade to the south. The building, which consists of three construction bays, is 90% factory prefabricated element facades with natural stone. The building steps down towards the south - from nine storeys in the north and west to eight storeys in the east wing. In the south, on the Main side, the building opens up into a landscaped inner courtyard.
