Office building with natural stone façade

In the Charlottenburg district, between the Spree and Landwehr canals, the so-called Frankin Haus was built.

It is an office building with a mechanical ventilation system. The elongated and mirror-symmetrical main body sits on a basement that houses an underground garage and technical rooms. The 6th floor is set back. Towards the south, there are terraces in the extension of the 1st and 4th floors, which sit on extensions that deviate from the basic structure. The building is approx. 28 m high and 72 m long. The total area is approx. 6,500 m², of which 4,000 m² are light metal façades, 1,500 m² ETICS and 1,000 m² natural stone façade.
