The Bramfelder Spitze was built on a triangular site that, with its namesake spire, occupies a prominent point on one of Hamburg's main arterial roads.
The facade is divided into horizontal bands, with generously glazed window bands made of SOMMER SOKALTHERM® alternating with light-colored brick bands. A surrounding precast concrete element accentuates the separation of materials. On the first floor, the facade has RC2 class burglary protection. The building's staggered heights allow for versatile outdoor spaces as roof terraces and balconies. It is planned green and quiet courtyard as a counterpoint to the urban environment.
A total area of 21,000 m² provides generous commercial space, as well as a two-story underground parking garage. A gastronomic offer on the first floor rounds off the project.
