Alpha-Rotex, Frankfurt on the Main

The highest building in Gateway Gardens

At 68 meters, Alpha Rotex towers above all other buildings in the Gateway Gardens development area in the Airport District. In addition to its size, the building impresses with its aluminum and glass ribbon facade, which is characterised by its dynamic structure. The facade is infused with sinuous lines and elegant curves that give the building an organic and futuristic aesthetic.

SOMMER was responsible for the development and implementation of the unique facade design, which is also characterised by its high soundproofing requirements and radar-dampening glazing.

The main tenant of the property is DB Schenker. The property has been certified LEED Gold.
