A breath of fresh air for SOMMER: Eleven new trainees get off to a flying start

We are delighted to welcome eleven new trainees to our team at SOMMER from September. Despite the current challenges that many companies are facing in filling their apprenticeship positions, we are proud to have been successful once again and to have given young people a successful start to their careers.

As part of our onboarding process, we offered the new trainees a comprehensive orientation to the company in the first few days. The focus was on getting to know their trainers and important instructions. A special highlight at the start was the joint kayak trip on the Saale, which not only strengthened team spirit, but also provided a lot of fun and a chance to get to know each other better.

We look forward to accompanying our new trainees on their journey in the coming years and giving them the tools they need for a successful career. Welcome to the team, we look forward to a great collaboration!
