The importance of a structured start became apparent right from the first few days: our managing director, Ms. Sommer-Pechstein, presented the company and its long-standing development. In addition, the new trainees gained valuable insights into processes and important instructions. A real highlight was the joint kayak tour – this strengthened team spirit and there was a lot of laughter. There's no better way to get to know each other.
