Against the backdrop of a sustained high order backlog and very positive business development in the high-security division, this decision by the company takes into account the growing responsibilities and increasing demands in the project business. In close cooperation with the sales department, Mr. Wendler will assume expanded strategic and operational responsibility for the high-security project business.
By granting this status as an authorized signatory, the management recognizes Mr. Wendler‘s professional competence, many years of experience, and significant contribution to the successful development of the high-security business unit.
In addition, Mr. Wendler will be responsible, together with the management, for the company-wide future project “SOMMER High Security 2035.” The aim of this project is to systematically guide the company’s strategic evolution along its current growth path and to ensure the organization is positioned for long-term success.
