We look back on a successful week in Munich. The BAU trade fair finally took place again and SOMMER was there with a new trade fair booth and exciting innovations. We would like to thank everyone who came by, as well as for the stimulating questions and interesting discussions!
A highlight at our booth was our pressure wave-resistant mullion and transom facade with an outstanding size of 1.9 m x 4.4 m, with impressive load-bearing capacity values and a versatile look. Other highlights were the SOMMER/WICONA security element facade with outwardly reinforced profiling and integrated venetian blinds as well as a bullet-resistant SG all-glass corner of bullet resistance class FB7.
The demonstrator of the PRÄKLIMA facade also attracted many interested visitors to our stand. PRÄKLIMA is an energy-saving facade that was developed in cooperation with the TU Dresden and under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Bernhard Weller. The facade optimises room air conditioning and integrates energy-generating systems with associated storage.
