Our apprentices took part in an interactive and creative workshop on climate change last month. In just four hours, the participants learned to better understand our climate system in order to do the right thing. Based on the IPCC reports, the workshop "Climate Fresk" makes scientific information more accessible in an educationally valuable way. The workshop is designed in such a way that newcomers as well as climate experts can take learn and contribute.
Firstly, our apprentices created an overview of the causes and effects of climate changes and their interactions. The two groups titled their Climate Fresks "Humanity's Harakiri" and "(If Possible) Please Turn Around". Measures were then discussed that can be taken collectively and individually to counteract the climate catastrophe.
