Personal coaching, dedicated support in the specialist departments and an agile working environment. You will feel well taken care of in our 1400 m2 think tank - work cafeteria, touchdown area and creative areas are waiting for you. In the production halls, too, your colleagues will welcome you warmly and challenge your talents
You work on large-scale national and international projects in the construction industry. You create drafts, sketches and technical drawings in 2D and 3D. You get a taste of the project business and create production and assembly documents. Your solutions ensure that things run smoothly on the construction site. In the course of your training, you become an increasingly important part of the whole.
During your training, you will learn about the different machining processes such as turning, milling and grinding. At first, you will begin to machine workpieces manually and combine different process steps. As your experience grows, the world of programming will soon open up to you. You gradually familiarise yourself with machine controls and operate and program CNC machines independently
You will get to know all commercial disciplines within the company. For example, you will procure materials in purchasing, gain insights into sales and the quotation system and support materials management in the warehouse. In the human resources department you will learn about payroll accounting and in the accounting department you will find out where our payments come from and where they go.
After you have mastered the basic skills of working with various materials, you will support the production department in the manufacture of high-tech facades and building fittings. Your technical skills are in demand when we build special doors and gates, for example. You will become familiar with the use of different machines and deepen your understanding of shapes and dimensions.
Your main task is to ensure the fault-free functioning of machines and systems. You also ensure that they can be used safely by carrying out tests and measurements. To do this, you will learn all the necessary knowledge of mechanics, electrics, electronics, drive and control technology. You will also support us in the commissioning of system components, such as object protection doors.
With your specialist knowledge, you ensure that the IT environment in the company functions stably. To do this, you are very familiar with the entire IT infrastructure of the company. You not only solve problems, but also demonstrate in user training courses how to prevent them from occurring in the first place. You set up networks and take care of IT support and maintenance.
